Taco Soup

 

Ingredients:
  • 1x 1.0 oz. pkg. ranch dressing
  • 1x 15.0 oz. pinto beans, drained
  • 1x 14.5 oz. white hominy, drained
  • 3x 14.5 oz. stewed tomatoes
  • 1x 08.0 oz. can tomatoe sauce
  • 1x 3.5 c. water
  • 1-2 1.0 lbs. meat
  • 1x onion
  • 1x 4.0 oz. can green chilies
  • 1x 1.0 tsp. salt
  • 1x 0.5 tsp. pepper
  • 1-2 1.25 oz. pkg taco seasoning (1 oz seasoning per lb of meat)
    • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
    • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
    • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
    • 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    • 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
    • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
    • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
    • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
    • 1 tsp. Black Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Dice onion as desired
  2. Add meat and onion to pressure cooker
  3. brown meat
  4. add everything else
  5. cook at pressure for 7 minutes
